How do you determine value?
We look at model, storage, carrier lock, battery health, cosmetics, functionality, market demand, and included accessories. Quotes are good for 7 days pending final inspection.
What IDs or documents do I need?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for cash buys and some trades. We may request proof of ownership for certain devices.
How do you handle data?
Devices are processed with a standardized data wipe at check-in. For iPhone/iPad, please disable Find My when possible. For locked devices, we can guide you through sign-out steps.
Can I sell broken devices?
Yes. We buy cracked, no-power, and parts-only devices. Payouts vary by model and repairability.
How do trade-ins work?
You receive store credit toward anything in stock or a future repair. Credit is applied after inspection and can be combined with promotions unless stated otherwise.
