Priority Mission

HDMI Port Replacement

A faulty HDMI port is the most common hardware failure preventing you from gaming. If your Xbox is powering on but failing to display an image, the internal pins inside the port are likely bent or broken.

The Symptoms

Console turns on (power button lights up) but your TV displays "No Signal", a black screen, or distorted graphics.

The Solution

We utilize advanced motherboard micro-soldering to extract the broken port and install an upgraded, high-durability HDMI port to restore 4K output.

Console completely dead after a storm? We provide advanced logic board diagnostics to hunt down electrical shorts, replace blown capacitors, and swap damaged internal power supply units (PSU).

Disk Drive Failure

If your Xbox refuses to accept discs, makes grinding noises, or gives a reading error, your optical laser or feed mechanism has failed. We repair mechanical jams and swap faulty laser modules.

Overheating Ventilation

Is your Xbox shutting down randomly with a ventilation error? The Series X pulls in a lot of dust. We deeply clean the system and reapply thermal paste to the APU to prevent permanent damage.

SYSTEM FAQ

Why isn't my Xbox displaying on the TV?
If your Xbox Series X turns on (the power button lights up) but your TV says 'No Signal' or displays a black screen, your HDMI port is likely damaged. Look closely inside the port on the back of the console—if the copper pins look bent or pushed back, the port needs replacing.
Why choose Gadget Rehab over Microsoft?
Microsoft repair services often cost significantly more out-of-warranty and can take 3 to 4 weeks to process via mail. We offer local, affordable HDMI and board repairs starting at $159, often completed the exact same day right here in our Seattle lab.
What is your warranty?
We offer a standard limited lifetime warranty on most general repairs against manufacturer defects. Specific high-wear console components such as disk drives, HDMI ports, and motherboard soldering are explicitly covered for 6 months.
