Do you fix all tablet brands?
Yes! While Apple iPads and Samsung Galaxy Tabs are the most common, we frequently repair Microsoft Surface Pros, Google Pixel Tablets, Amazon Fire Kids tablets, and Lenovo devices. If yours isn't listed on our site, just give us a call or bring it in!
How long do repairs take?
Many common repairs (like standard iPad screen and battery replacements) can be completed same-day or next-day depending on parts stock. More complex motherboard repairs or water damage recovery can take 1–3 days.
Will my data be safe?
Standard hardware repairs like screens, batteries, and charge ports do not erase your data. However, if your device has suffered severe liquid damage or complex logic board damage, data recovery is handled on a case-by-case basis. We always recommend backing up to the cloud if your device still turns on.
What is covered by the warranty?
We offer a standard limited lifetime warranty on most screen repairs against manufacturer defects (such as dead pixels or touch issues not caused by physical damage). Consumable items like batteries and charging ports are covered for 6 months. Physical damage after the repair voids the warranty.
