Open Settings > Device Options > About to view the model name and year. The information is also printed on the box. If you are unsure, visit our shop and we will identify it for you.
Do you repair both USB-C and micro-USB ports?
Yes. We service both connector types and verify charging and data transfer after the repair.
Will my data be erased?
Screen, battery, and charging port repairs do not require data erasure. For liquid damage or board repair, a backup is recommended when possible.
How long does an Amazon Fire tablet repair take?
Many screen and battery replacements are completed the same day. Complex cases or special-order parts typically take 1–3 business days depending on parts and queue.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Most repairs include a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. Accidental damage and prior liquid/board damage are not covered. See our return policy for details.
Do Kids Edition tablets use different parts?
Kids Edition models use the same internal hardware as the corresponding standard Fire model. Repair parts and pricing are generally the same.
