How do I find my Google tablet model?
Go to Settings > About tablet and check Model name and Model number. You can also check the box or back housing. If unsure, bring it in—we’ll identify it.
Will my data be erased?
Screen/battery/port work doesn’t require wiping. For liquid or board repair, we may disconnect power and run deep tests. Back up to Google Drive or a computer when possible.
Do you support the charging speaker dock?
Yes. We test dock recognition, pogo pins, and USB-C. If the dock itself is faulty, we’ll advise replacement options.
Do you work with USI stylus issues?
We check stylus charging/pairing and digitizer response. If the stylus hardware is bad, we’ll recommend compatible replacements.
How long do repairs take?
Simple jobs can be same-day. Complex OLED/LCD, liquid damage, or data recovery may take 1–3 days depending on parts and queue.
Do repairs have a warranty?
Yes—limited lifetime warranty on most parts and labor for defects. Accidental damage and prior liquid/board damage aren’t covered.
