How do I find my Samsung tablet model?
Go to Settings > About tablet and check Model name and Model number (e.g., SM-X910). You can also find it on the box or back cover. Unsure? Bring it in — we’ll identify it.
Will my data be safe?
Screen, battery, and port repairs don’t require data erasure. For liquid/board work we may disconnect power and run deep diagnostics. We recommend a backup to Google Drive or a computer when possible.
Do you use genuine Samsung parts?
We use OEM parts when available; otherwise premium, carefully vetted assemblies. We’ll clearly label the part grade on your estimate.
Do you support S Pen issues?
Yes — we test S Pen charge coils, pairing, and tip sensors. If the pen itself is faulty we’ll advise replacement options.
How long does a repair take?
Simple repairs can be same-day. Complex OLED/glass, liquid damage, or data recovery can take 1–3 days depending on parts and queue.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — limited lifetime warranty on most repairs against defects in parts/workmanship. Accidental and liquid damage are excluded.
