Advanced Audio Solutions.

Premium audio equipment uses proprietary, hair-thin internal wiring and highly sensitive logic boards. We utilize schematic-level micro-soldering and structural fabrication techniques to resurrect your favorite headphones.

Internal Wire Repair

Is sound completely cutting out in one ear? We perform precise broken audio wire repair Seattle by tracing the short within the headband or swivel joint, splicing, and micro-soldering the hair-thin enameled copper wires back together.

Charging Port Repair

A highly common failure point. For Sony headset charging port fixes or broken Bose USB-C inputs, we dismantle the casing, desolder the ripped physical port, and securely anchor a brand new OEM port to the board.

Hinge & Structure

Need to fix a broken headphone hinge? We repair snapped swivels, cracked plastic yokes, and failing folding mechanisms using structural epoxy or genuine OEM replacement shell parts.

Speaker Drivers

Experiencing rattling bass, distortion, or a completely blown speaker? We carefully desolder and replace 40mm or 50mm neodymium acoustic drivers to restore the factory sound signature without altering the impedance.

Battery Swaps

If your wireless Beats or Bose QuietComfort headphones won't hold a charge or die quickly, we safely extract the degraded internal lithium cell and micro-solder a high-capacity replacement battery.

Audio Jack (3.5mm)

For wired audiophile headphones and gaming headsets. If the 3.5mm plug at the end of the cable is bent or snapped off, we strip the main cable and manually solder a premium, gold-plated replacement jack.

Pricing Estimates

Crucial Disclaimer: Estimates Only

Because headphones vary drastically by manufacturer (e.g., Apple AirPods Max vs. Sony WH-1000XM5 vs. highly specialized audiophile brands), their specific internal architecture, and the cost of proprietary parts, the prices below are strictly starting range estimates. An accurate, final quote can only be provided after a hands-on physical inspection and diagnostic by our technicians at our Seattle shop.

01. Physical Diagnostic
Free - $39
Basic physical inspections (e.g., evaluating a broken hinge or visually inspecting a ripped wire) are free. If the headset requires intense desoldering or glued housing disassembly simply to test the logic board or trace an electrical short, a bench fee applies. This is fully credited toward your final repair.
02. Port & Wire Micro-Soldering
Est. $79 - $149+
Covers complex soldering work. Desoldering a ripped USB-C charging port from a logic board and installing a new one, splicing internal ribbon cables, or replacing a 3.5mm jack falls into this category. The price depends on how difficult the headset is to safely open without destroying acoustic seals.
03. Hinge & Structural Repair
Est. $69 - $129+
Replacing broken headbands or plastic swivel joints. If an exact OEM replacement part is available (common for Beats and Bose), we order and install it. If parts are proprietary/unavailable, we utilize specialized epoxies to rebuild structural integrity.
04. Battery & Speaker Swap
Est. $89 - $199+
Replacing internal lithium batteries or blown acoustic drivers. High-end proprietary drivers for audiophile headphones are extremely expensive and dictate the final cost of this repair.
