Will my iPhone 17 still be waterproof after repair?
During reassembly, we apply new, high-grade adhesive seals matching factory specifications to restore water and dust resistance as much as technically possible. However, as with any opened device, no repaired phone should be intentionally submerged.
Will Face ID still work after a screen replacement?
Yes. We carefully transfer the original earpiece speaker and sensor assembly (which houses the Face ID components) to the new display, ensuring your biometric security continues to function perfectly.
Do I need to erase my phone before bringing it in?
No. We maintain a strict data-first approach. Screen, battery, and localized hardware repairs do not require a device wipe. Your personal data remains untouched. We do, however, recommend a standard iCloud backup before any repair just in case.
