Diagnostic Solutions
Common Hardware Failures
The Switch is highly portable, making it susceptible to drops, spills, and worn-out ports. Our master microsoldering technicians handle complex logic board issues daily.
USB-C / Won't Dock
If your console charges but won't output video to the TV, the internal P13USB video chip or the USB-C port is damaged. We micro-solder brand new components to the logic board.
Joy-Con Rails & Drift
Are the controllers sliding off the side of the console? Do characters move on their own? We fix analog stick drift and replace damaged aluminum sensor rails on the console body.
Cracked Screens
The original Switch has a plastic digitizer over an LCD. Whether your outer touchscreen is scratched or your inner LCD is bleeding colors and lines, we can safely replace either layer.
Water Damage & BSOD
A solid blue screen means the CPU has disconnected due to bending or drops. Spilled liquids cause shorts. Keep the console off and bring it to us for an advanced logic board diagnostic.
